Kenneth Spearman, M.D.
Dr. Spearman is a board certified Radiologist with subspecialty training in Interventional Radiology from Harvard Medical School and Massachusetts General Hospital ranked best in the nation by U.S News and World Report.
Dr. Spearman earned his medical degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine and was trained by many founding physicians of endovascular and venous interventional treatments. He is currently on staff at Marian Regional Medical Center and Arroyo Grande Hospital and founded Central Coast Vein & Vascular in 2015 to bring new minimally invasive treatments to the central coast.
Before entering medicine, Dr. Spearman attended the United States Military Academy at West Point and following graduation served as a Captain in the US Special Operations Command. He continues to be passionate about maintaining an active lifestyle and enjoys spending time with his family outdoors in the beauty of the Central Coast.

Timothy Watson, M.D.
Dr. Watson has been living and working on the Central Coast for approximately six years, arriving after successful completion of a double fellowship in both Body Imaging Intervention as well as Vascular Interventional Radiology from the University of Southern California. He is a devoted husband and father, with two small children who keep him grounded, balancing his demanding work schedule with many school and sports related activities. Caring and compassionate, Dr. Watson combines a disciplined attention to detail and a comfortable demeanor in the treatment of all his patients and their families. When not working, or pacing the sidelines, he can be found in the local waters surfing with his friends and family.

Daniel Perry, MPAS, PA-C
Daniel is a board certified Physician Assistant with specialty training in the diagnosis and treatment of chronic venous insufficiency as well as cosmetic sclerotherapy for the treatment of spider veins. He received his Masters in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Nebraska Medical Center – spending his elective rotations as well as spare time assisting in numerous cosmetic surgeries and procedures. His attention to detail and quality of care make him a perfect fit as a member of the team at Central Coast Vein and Vascular. When Daniel is not treating patients at CCVV he serves as a medical officer in the California Army National Guard caring for Soldiers as well as instructing combat medics in a wide variety of subjects including orthopedics, emergency medicine, and advanced life support.
Daniel and his wife enjoy camping and hiking the central coast with their four children, spending time in the snow and attending their children’s multiple sporting events.
