About Dr. Spearman

Dr. Kenneth Spearman is a Georgetown and Harvard trained, board-certified Interventional Radiologist. He is leading the vanguard in minimally-invasive surgical techniques–catheter-based intraluminal procedures and image-guided procedures–in the diagnosis and treatment of venous disease.  Together with an expert team of vascular specialists,  CCVV provides you with the highest quality, full time arterial and venous care, the only one of its kind in San Luis Obispo county.

Dr. Spearman is a board certified Radiologist with subspecialty training in Interventional Radiology from Harvard Medical School and Massachusetts General Hospital ranked best in the nation by U.S News and World Report.

Dr. Spearman earned his medical degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine and was trained by many founding physicians of endovascular and venous interventional treatments. He is currently on staff at Marian Regional Medical Center and Arroyo Grande Hospital and founded Central Coast Vein & Vascular in 2015 to bring new minimally invasive treatments to the central coast.

Before entering medicine, Dr. Spearman attended the United States Military Academy at West Point and following graduation served as a Captain in the US Special Operations Command. He continues to be passionate about maintaining an active lifestyle and enjoys spending time with his family outdoors in the beauty of the Central Coast.
